# Fatal Error bei aufruf der Installation!

Hallo,

ich bekomme einen Fatal Error bei der Installation. Das lustige ist, dass auf dem selben Server bereits shopware installiert gewesen ist. An den Voraussetzungen sollte es also nicht liegen können…

Hat jemand eine idee?

Hier der Fehler:

Anscheinend kann das Cache Verzeichnis nicht angelegt werden, also entweder ist der Speicher voll oder es stimmen die Rechte nicht.

Hast du dafür eine Lösung gefunden?

auch wenn ich die Schreibrechte für den Ordner auf 777 ändere bekomme ich die Meldung.

sudo chmod 777 -c -R /var/www/html/var/cache

der Modus von ‚/var/www/html/var/cache‘ wurde von 0755 (rwxr-xr-x) in 0777 (rwxrwxrwx) geändert

Hat sonst jemand eine Idee, was hier nicht richtig konfiguriert sein könnte?

Besitzer des Ordners ist der Web-User und nicht Root?
