# FastCGI bei Shopware 5.3 nötig/sinnvoll?

Hi Community,
1. wir wollen auf PHP 7.0 umstellen. Derzeit (mit PHP 5.6) wird FastCGI genutzt. Unser Hoster kann jedoch nur alle Domains auf PHP 7.0 mit FastCGI umstellen. Das ist uns aber zu riskant, da nur die Shopware Domain umgestellt werden soll.
2. laut Aussage des Hosters soll FastCGI auch mit HTTP/2 Probleme geben (nutzen wir daher noch nicht).
Daher die Frage: Ist es sinnvoll bei Shopware 5.3 weiterhin FastCGI zu nutzen?

Keiner eine Idee? Auf [https://community.shopware.com/Performance-Tipps-Shopware\_detail\_1258.html#Serveroptimierung](https://community.shopware.com/Performance-Tipps-Shopware_detail_1258.html#Serveroptimierung) wird FastCGI nicht genannt. Ich glaub das war noch bei 5.1 hier aufgeführt.

Warum sollte es da Probleme geben? Sehe hier keinen Grund.

Hi,
FastCGI ist ein PHP Interpreter und funktioniert mit jeder PHP Version. Seit einigen Jahren gibt es eine performantere Alternative namens PHP-FPM - Details findest Du z.B. unter [http://www.admin-magazin.de/Das-Heft/2012/06/Der-PHP-Interpreter-PHP-FPM](http://www.admin-magazin.de/Das-Heft/2012/06/Der-PHP-Interpreter-PHP-FPM)
Normalerweise solltest Du bei Deinem Hoster für jede Domain die gewünschte PHP Version frei wählen können. Mit der Kombination FastCGI (oder auch PHP-FPM) und http/2 gibt es keinerlei Probleme.
Zu empfehlen wäre also PHP 7.0 mit PHP-FPM (falls möglich) und http/2 (etwas schneller als das ältere SSL Protokoll).

Unser Hoster schreibt:
„In vielen Fällen läuft bei uns HTTP/2 mit FastCGI einwandfrei. Es gibt allerdings auch Fälle, wo entweder direkt nach Umstellung auf HTTP/2 oder manchmal auch erst Wochen später eine Art „Random-Bug“ auftritt. Dieser führt dazu beim Aufruf einer Seite bei jedem Neuladen immer komplett andere Inhalte ausgegeben werden. Dies wird vermutlich mit einem kommenden Apache-Update behoben werden, ein konktreter Termin für den Release bei uns steht jedoch leider noch nicht fest.“

Kann ich bestätigen. Bei mir hatte HTTP/2 mit PHP7 FastCGI zu Fehlern geführt (Domainfactory). Ist aber schon ein paar Monate her, dass ich es getestet hatte.

Kannst du das nochmal testen…mit PHP 7.0 (wegen der Problematik der verschlüsselten Plugings mit ioncube Loader welche mit PHP 7.1 und 7.2 nicht mehr laufen)?
