# Exclude Admins from the admin emails

Hello, is there a straightforward way to exclude some admins from getting emails triggered by the site, e.g. by the flow builder event: „Email: Admin“ ?

I can’t seem to find much documentation about this but it seems like it just emails every user that has Administrator role, this isn’t necessary for us as we have several people with this role who only manage content or help develop the store, they shouldn’t be receiving emails about customers’ failed payments etc.

I tried to create a new role I couldn’t find any option in there for receiving emails.

Hi castus,  
please have a look at Settings \> System \> Mailer. It is possible that a delivery address is entered there.

In the flow itself, you can simply delete the „Send email“ event for the admin or change it to a custom recipient, then you can specify a fixed email address.
