# Erweiterungen werden nicht angezeigt nach Update auf 6.5.8.14

Wir sind (in unserer Testumgebung) von 6.4.20.2 erst auf 6.5.0.0 während alle Erweiterungen deaktiviert waren, haben diese erst alle aktualisiert und sind dann weiter auf 6.5.8.14.

Vorerst waren alle Erweiterungen zu sehen, nachdem ich dann langsam eines nach dem anderen aktivieren und testen wollte und mit PayPal begonnen habe sind alle weiteren Erweiterungen nicht mehr sichtbar gewesen.

Unter custom/plugins sind alle Ordner wie vorher vorhanden - dort scheint sich nichts verändert zu haben.

Ich habe mich bereits ab- und wieder angemeldet unter Meine Erweiterungen \> Shopware Account.

Ich habe testweise ein neues Plug-In installiert, das neue Analyse PlugIn von Shopware, das kann ich jetzt zwar benutzen, aber zu sehen ist es unter Erweiterungen trotzdem nicht.

Wir sind auf php 8.1.x und MariaDB 10.11.9

ok, bekommst du eine Fehlermeldung, wenn Du den Shop in der env.local auf dev setzt?

Prüfe mal deine PHP-Version, es sollte PHP 8.3 verwendet werden, wir hatten das Problem auch schonmal.

Wir haben gleiches Problem nach einem PayPal-Plugin-Update auf Version 8.7.3.  
Nachdem das Test-Update in einer Staging-Umgebung ohne Probleme geklappt hat, jetzt das Problem im Live-System.

Ähnliche Erfahrungen und wie lösen?

Habe jetzt dazu noch einige Tests gemacht:  
Die Aktivierung der PayPal-Version 8.7.3. legt im Shopware-Backend die komplette Erweiterungsansicht lahm. Ein Downgrade auf 8.6.5. behebt den Fehler wieder.  
Die Vorgehensweise war reproduzierbar.

Da kann ich jetzt viele Verfasser von Bewertungen zum PP-Plugin verstehen…

Wir sind nun mithilfe einer externen Agentur auf 6.6.9 gekommen, ist aber erschreckend zu lesen, dass ein Plug-In so einen Fehler verursacht.

Weiß ich tatsächlich nicht, bin davon ausgegangen, dass auch bei uns PayPal der Grund war. Sicher sind wir uns aber nicht.
