# Error productQuickView

ich habe eben folgende Fehlermeldung erhalten:

Da scheint etwas mit einer „productQuickView“ zu sein. Im habe mal gegoogelt. Quick View scheint es als Plugin zu geben, ein solches Plugin habe ich aber nicht. Als eigenes Plugin sieht man in der Fehlermeldung kkOptionPictures. Kann es daran liegen ?

Was könnte das sein ?

Also im Stacktrace ist das Plugin, dass den Fehler verursacht ja erwähnt:&nbsp;Shopware\_Plugins\_Frontend\_kkOptionPictures\_Bootstrap

Danke. Ja, deswegen bin ich ja darauf gekommen 🙂 &nbsp;Aber es ist ja auch vieles andere erwähnt. Gibt es einen Hinweis darauf, dass es an dem Plugin liegt ?

Was ist die productQuickView (wie gesagt ich habe kein entsprechendes Plugin)&nbsp;?

Hallo,

ja na klar gibt es einen Hinweis darauf, dass es an diesem Plugin liegt (in der Bootstrap.php des genannten Plugins innerhalb einer Datenbankabfrage) - deshalb ist es doch auch in der Fehlermeldung erwähnt. Deaktiviere doch einfach einmal das Plugin, leere den kompletten Shop Cache und schau dann noch einmal nach, ob es dann funktioniert.

Ich habe mal diese URL eingegeben:

Und es kommt zu diesem Error, auch bei anderen Artikeln.

Wie kommt man normalerweise dahin (über den Shop)&nbsp;?&nbsp;
