# Error code: PluginLicensesException-3

Hallo

Wenn ich über die Pluginverwaltung auf meine Einkäufe klicke um ein heruntergeldenes PLugin zu installieren erhalte ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

Error

Der übergebene Referenz Shop konnte vom SBP-Server nicht ermittelt werden.

Error code: PluginLicensesException-3

Hat bisher immer funktioniert? Es wurde jedoch kürzlich die Shopdomain gewechselt, laut Account ist aber die neue drinnen und wurde auch bei dem Einkauf im Store korrekt angezeigt.

wie hast du dieses Problem gelöst - habe dasselbe Problem, allerdings beim installieren meinre Plugins.
