Ich möchte Shopware 5.24 frisch auf bei meinem Webhoster installieren. Habe dazu extra eine neue Datenbank angelegt. Leider läuft die Installation nicht durch.Kann jemand die Fehlermeldung deuten und Lösungsmöglichkeiten aufzeigen?   Error Received the following error message: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1142 REFERENCES command denied to user ‚s203562\_2590997‘@‚[sh-69.1blu.de](http://sh-69.1blu.de)‘ for table ‚s\_article\_configurator\_groups‘ Please try to fix this error and restart the update. In der DB mal die Benutzerrechte hinsichtlich REFERENCES überprüfen. ---

Eine Frage habe ich noch. Liegt das Problem an der Installation von Shopware oder am Hostingbetreiber? ---

Ich vermute, Du hast ein Shared Hosting - hier wird Dir der Hoster nicht helfen können, weil er Dir nicht einfach mehr Rechte auf die Datenbank einräumen kann als anderen Nutzern (meist aus Sicherheitsgründen). Wenn Du einen vServer, Root Server, Managed Server etc. hast, dann können Du bzw. Du könntest mal versuchen Lokal zu installiren, dann zu exportiren  und die Datenbank dann über den Punkt Importiren einzuspielen. Möglich dass klappt wenn phpmyadmin die Commandos zum erstellen ausführt.  ---
