# Error 500 bei Update

Hallo Zusammen,

ich versuche gerade Update auf 5.2.21 durchzuführen.

Bei dem Schritt Aufräumen kommt auf ein mal folgende Fehlermeldung:

**Die Seite [www.xxxxx.com](http://www.myskovi.com/) funktioniert nicht**

**[www.xxxxxx.com](http://www.myskovi.com/) kann diese Anfrage momentan nicht verarbeiten.**

**HTTP ERROR 500**

Was bedeutet das wie kann ich es beheben?  
Ich habe das Forum durchgesucht, leider nicht gefunden.

Gibt es eine entsprechende Fehlermeldung im Error-Log der Website oder in den Shopware-Logs?
