# English localisation for admin area

Hello!  
I’ve just downloaded Shopware Community Edition and would like to have admin area in English. Does this option available for free?&nbsp;Or I need localisation plugin?

Could you please advise the shortest way to set up English interface

Hello yanamazo,

you can change choose&nbsp;the language in the login for the backend.

Username:  
Password:  
Language:

If you would like to make english as default you can set this in the “User Administration”  
\_ **Configuration \> User Administation \> Edit User \> Default Language \> English** \_
