# Email Versand Fehler

Hallo Allerseits,

seit dem Update auf 6.5 werden keine Emails mehr versendet. Das betrifft auf jeden Fall Eingangsmeldungen für Bestellungen - der Anzahl an Fehlermeldungen im Log auch weitere Emails bei Statuswechsel der Bestellung.

Auszug aus der Meldung:

Ich lese es so, dass die variable salutation null ist. Ok. Ist das etwas was behoben wird oder muss ich jetzt alle Anreden aus den Email-Templates entfernen?
