# Email Template not working

Hi guys,

I have a formular in the Kontakt page, where a customer will write a question to our page.

I have followed the steps form the documentation:

1.&nbsp; I have configured in the Administration the SMTP-Server

1. Assigned the template to the Sales Channel.

When we press send, it happens nothing. Can someone please help.&nbsp;
