# EMail kommt nicht an System-Email an

Hallo,

hatte schonmal jemand das Problem, dass die im Backend hinterlegte Mailadresse “[info@meinedomain.de](mailto:info@meinedomain.de)” im Anfrage-formular ebenfalls genutzt wird, aber Mails dann nicht ankommen?

Mit einer anderen Mailadresse “[test@meinedomain.de](mailto:test@meinedomain.de)” geht es komischerweise.
