# Email bei Bestellabschluss

Hallo habe folgendes Problem: Nach Bestellabschluss in unserem Shop erhält der Kunde eine Bestellbestätigung, jedoch kriegen wir als Shopbesitzer keine E-mail das eine Bestellung eingegangen ist. Ich habe die Shop-emailadresse probeweise in eine andere emailadresse geändert, was aber auch keine Abhilfe schafft. Würde mich sehr über Hilfe freuen PS: Das Problem gab es bei Version 4.0.5 nicht!

Hallo, guck mal, ob unter Storefront-\>E-Mail Einstellungen-\>Bestellbestätigung nicht an Shopbetreiber deaktiviert ist.

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort, aber der Haken ist nicht gesetzt - also nicht aktiv. Ich weiß auch nicht was das sonst sein kann. Shopware wurde auch schon neu aufgesetzt, doch das Problem besteht weiterhin.
