# E-Mail Einstellung und Fehler

Hallo Zusammen

Ich habe folgenden Fehler vorliegen: Als Mail ist der Outlock, ich denke eine Verbindungsfehler bzw. Installationsfehler meinerseits liegt vor in der Verbindung zwischen dem Shopware und Mailer.

Wäre froh um Hilfe zur Konfiguartion des Mail’s.

Hast Du korrekte Zugangsdaten in den Mail-Einstellungen hinterlegt (s. [http://community.shopware.com/Mailer\_detail\_944.html](http://community.shopware.com/Mailer_detail_944.html) )?

Falls ja, scheint das Problem auf Seiten des Mailservers zu liegen - hier wäre ein Blick ins Mail-Log hilfreich.
