# Dringende Hilfe benötigt beim Backend + Frontend

Hallo zusammen,

&nbsp;

ich brauche dringend Hilfe bei Shopware.

Und zwar nutze ich Shopware mit dem JTL Connector und der JTL WaWi.

Nun bekam ich beim Abgleich seit einigen Stunden immer die Meldung das die Session invalid ist und seit dem ist weder das backend noch das frontend erreichbar.

Kommt immer ERROR 500

&nbsp;

Kann mir da dringend jemand bei helfen? Es handelt sich um eine Seite die im LIVE Betrieb ist und nun ist sie down ☹

Schau’ mal ins Error-Log der Website und in die Shopware-Logs. Ein 500er-Fehler sollte mind. im Error-Log der Website auftauchen.

im server error.log oder im shopware log sollten mehr infos zum 500er fehler sein

Aktuelles Problem ist auch gelöst.  
Fehler war in dem Fall das File-Limit auf dem Webspace. Das hat alles geblockt.

Dann werd ich mal auf die Suche nach einem günstigen Dedicated Server gehen müssen.
