# Do I need a company to sell plugins in Shopware marketplace?

Hey, I am currently a working full time as developer in a company, on my spare time I build plugins for fun&nbsp;

and perhaps to make some sideincome but not the goal. In order to put plugins on shopware marketplace I am required

to register a company. Is this necessary? How do freelancers upload plugins to marketplace? I mean I want to simply test the waters,

founding a company is a bit too much commitment and expense, is there any other way? My country of residence is Germany.
