# Disabling the top seller

Take a look at your Server Error looks from php or apache/nginx and take a look for the error message.

Where do you get the Error&nbsp;Internal Server Error - In the Frontend or Backend? If you get this error message in the frontend, debug the Shopware frontend -\>&nbsp;[Debugging Shopware](https://developers.shopware.com/developers-guide/debugging/#default-log-output)

Then you should see the correct error message.
