# DHL PlugIn Pickware "ViisonDHLOrder/createLabel" failed with exception: 1001: login failed

Hallo,  
wir bekommen folgende Fehlermeldung bei dem Versuch Versandettiketten mit dem Pickware DHL PlugIn zu erstellen

„ViisonDHLOrder/createLabel“ failed with exception: 1001: login failed"

Es hatte vorher funktioniert. Wir haben nichts verändert.

Hat jemand deinen Tipp woran das liegen könnte, Danke!

ps: der „Zugangsdaten prüfen“ Button funktioniert

Shopware 5.7.17  
DHL PlugIn 4.33.3.55
