# DHL-Etiketten ohne Bestellung / DHL Plugin von Viison

Es funktioniert mit dem Plugin alles einwandfrei. Nur kann man unter „Kunden“ -\> „DHL“ -\> „DHL-Etiketten ohne Bestellung“ keine Etiketten erstellen, da unter dem Feld „DHL Produkt“ nicht auswählbar ist, dies jedoch verpflichtend ist. Ich habe bereits überall nachgeschaut und kann keine Möglichkeit finden… Die normale Etikettenerstellung funktioniert ja auch.

Kann jemand helfen?

Hmm, hab’s gerade mal bei uns probiert.  
Ich kann da ein DHL-Produkt auswählen.

Ich weiss nun woran es liegt. Es wird automatisch der Hauptshop genommen. Auch wenn der Versand unter den Subshops funktioniert, wird es daher nicht dort funktioniert. Also müsste man den Hauptshop ebenfalls korrekt einrichten, damit diese Funktion genutzt werden kann.
