# Datenschutz / Shopware Standard-Komponenten

Hallo,&nbsp;

bin grade dabei die **Datenschutz-Erklärung** für meinen neu erstellten Shop zu generieren.

Frage: **Ich selbst habe kein&nbsp;Webanalyse Tool** zur Erstellung von Besucherstatistiken hinzugefügt.

**Aber: Macht Shopware etwas im Hintergrund (z.B. im Standard installiert etc.), was ich in die Datenschutz-Erklärung aufnehmen muss?**

Für Eure Hilfe bin ich sehr dankbar.

Muss das im Standard enthaltene Shopware Statistics Plugin in der Datenschutzerklärung genannt werden?

Man kann die Statisitiken im Performance Modul deaktivieren (Einstellungen -\> Caches / Performance). Natürlich trackt das Statisitk Modul Suchverhalten und ähnliches, inwiefern hier ein Hinweis nötig ist sollte dein Rechtsbeistand sagen können.
