# Datenmigration der Bilder - SW5.7.16 zu 6.4.20.0

Hi,  
vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen, oder kennt jemand die Lösung das Problems.  
Versuche aktuell einen SW5.7.16 Shop auf 6.4.20.0 zu migrieren. Soweit so gut, klappt scheinbar alles. Jedoch habe ich keine Bilder im Shop, bzw eher weiße Platzhalter.  
Im Assistenten bekomme ich folgende Meldung

```auto
[warning] SWAG_MIGRATION_CANNOT_GET_MEDIA_FILE
The media file cannot be downloaded / copied
The media file with the uri "media/image/xxxx_rot.jpg" and media id "4152bb6eb7fd4ba5991bd4e4d6670bb3" cannot be downloaded / copied.

```

Wie kann ich diesen Fehler beheben?
