# Datenexport zu Plentymarkets funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo,

seit gestern Abend funktioniert plötzlich der Datenexport zu Plenty nicht mehr.  
Kennt jemand dieses Problem? Hilft vielleicht ein einfacher Reset irgendwo?

Ich habe gestern den Status der Kategorien unter “Initialer Export zu plentymarkets” zurückgesetzt, könnte es daran liegen?

**Fehler bei “Export:Order”:** _The incoming payment of the order with the number »50016« could not be_ booked

**Fehler bei “Soap:Call”:** _AddIncomingPayments failed_

**Fehler bei “Sync:Item”:** _The item import will be stopped (internal database error)_

**Fehler bei “Sync:Item:Number”:** _The item variation number »SC14878-03-14199« of item »Pianeta “Paris” 100% ABS »Set« « with the id »189« is already in use_

**Fehler bei “Sync:Item:Orm”:** \_The item »Pianeta “Galaxy” Ultraleicht Set« with the id »201« could not be imported (An exception occurred while executing ‘INSERT INTO s\_article\_configurator\_options (group\_id, name, position) VALUES (?, ?, ?)’ with params [3, “rot”, 0]:\_

\_SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ‘3-rot’ for key ‘group\_id’)\_

**Fehler bei “Sync:Order:IncomingPayment”** : _The incoming payment of the order with the number »50025« could not be booked (order was not yet exported)_

**Fehler bei “Symstem:PHP”** : _\_The synchronizing processes have to be started with the PHP-CLI (command line interface). You are using »cgi-fcgi«._

Wir sind noch relativ unvertraut mit dem ganzen und auch erst vor kurzem online gegangen.

Niemand eine Idee oder einen Ansatz den ich probieren könnte? Momentan steht im Shop quasi alles still. Vielen Dank vorab!
