versuch es Mal mit den Anführungszeichen:

`ALTER TABLE `product_tag` ADD CONSTRAINT `fk.product_tag.tag_id` FOREIGN KEY (`tag_id`) REFERENCES `tag` (`id`) ON DELETE CASCADE ON UPDATE CASCADE;`
