# Datenbank Import Fehler

Hallo zusammen, Nun wenn ich Shopware installieren möchte kommt beim Punkt “Datanbank Import” dieser fehler: [quote]Error Received an error message. URL: importDatabase?offset=0&totalCount=0 Message: Internal Server Error Please try to fix this error and restart the update. Response Slim Application Error The application could not run because of the following error: Details Type: RuntimeException Message: Identifier DB not initialized yet File: /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx/httpdocs/shop/recovery/install/src/ContainerProvider.php Line: 160[/quote] Kann mir jemand dazu weiterhelfen? Ich weiß nicht was ich jetzt damit machen soll Vielen Dank

Was steht im Server error log? Welche DB Version nutzt du? Evtl. das execution time limit für php erhöhen. Oder evtl. hilft dieser Beitrag: [installation-einstieg-f99/shopware-5-auf-all-inkl-t26318.html](http://forum.shopware.com/installation-einstieg-f99/shopware-5-auf-all-inkl-t26318.html)

Sind alle Shopware-Dateien korrekt hochgeladen worden? Am besten entpackst Du die Zip-Datei direkt auf dem Server.
