Moinmoin,

wir kommen nicht weiter )-;.

Ich habe dummerweise (Laie) kein Backup for Installation des Neuen Updates gemacht.  
Fehlercode: Failed to create the attribute models, please check the permissions of the ‚/home/www/cm-yk.de/var/cache/production\_202105060633/doctrine/attributes/‘ directory

Wir haben jetzt übern Hoster schon ein BackUp eingespielt, dieses allerdings nicht alles wieder hergestellt hat. Vorher Waren Kundendaten nicht mehr vorhanden, jetzt nach Datenbank BackuP sind diese wieder da, aber es fehlen die Bestellung weiterhin und der Fehler erscheint.

production\_202105060633/doctrine/attributes haben wir schon gelöscht, unbenannt hat nichts gebracht.  
Wir haben auch schon versucht manuell das Update erneut zu machen, auch keine Besserung.

Zusätzlich ist die Domain nicht erreichbar.

Bitte um Hilfe, wir kommen nicht weiter )-;. Ich weiß, eigene Dummheit, Hammer gegen den KOPF!

Sieht so aus, als wären für den Shop in besagtem Ordner keine Schreibrechte gesetzt…

Wir haben den Fehler seit gestern auch und alle Lösungsansätze waren erfolglos. Hast du es hinbekommen?
