# Customweb Postfinance Checkout Plugin

Hi,  
wir haben ein Problem mit dem Customweb Postfinance Plugin. Leider sind die gerade bis morgen geschlossen.

Im Frontend erscheinen keine Postfinance Checkout Zahlarten (Kreditkarte, Twint, efinance…)  
Im Backend erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung wenn man dein Bestellung mit der Zahlart öffnet.

Da Customweb das Problem nicht direkt mit dem Kunden lösen möchte und lieber den Umweg über Postfinance geht, eine Frage,  
Kann jemand mit dieser Fehlermeldung was anfangen oder mir übersetzen?

Ok, scheinbar gibt es eine neue Pluginversion und neue andere Endpunkte bei postfinance.

Da das Plugin nicht über den Store läuft habe ich nur eine Zip-File von Github. Kann mir jemand sagen ob ich das Plugin fürn manuelles Update:

- komplett deinstallieren - neu installieren ODER
- die alten Plugindatein mit den neuen überschreiben

kann. Ich will nicht die IDs verlieren.

Die Antwort war die „Plugindaten überschreiben“ für ein Update.
