# Customers do not have access to personal information, orders, etc

Hello together.

After registration, customers can log in, but if they access „[domain.de/account/address](http://domain.de/account/address)“ or „[domain.de/account/orders](http://domain.de/account/orders)“ after logging in, registered customers receive the following error message:

```auto
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at domain.de Port 443

```

Afterwards, neither the backend nor the frontend is accessible. The Roundcube installation of Plesk also crashes.

I am currently use shopware 6.4.5.1 (stable version) on a Linux server hosted by Strato with Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS and plesk Obsidian 18.0.38 Update #3.

Does anyone know the problem or still have a solution?
