# Custom products: how get uploaded file?

Hello, I’m testing the Custom Products plug-in. It is possible to upload a file, but how does the shopowner get the file? It is stored in a directory, but that is not a good option. It should be attached with the email confirmation or something? It must be easy for the store owner, he needs to have the order AND the uploaded files. Hope somebody has any ideas! Thanks.

If you open the order details, then you will see a „Custom Products“ tab window. Look in the left side (grid view) of the panel to see a list of all custom options for that particular order. The „value“ column has a link embedded which will allow the shop-owner to download the file that the customer had uploaded.
