# Custom Plugins\> World of Experience\> Save\> Reset product information…. // Plugins\> Frontend ?!

Good Morning all,

I’ve written some plugins - when I save, the product data is saved in the config, but the preview is reset again (still saves the plugins, but is „empty“).

Has somebody an idea what is the problem?

I don’t get the plugins in the frontend  
The respective plug-in appears in the front end when you examine it, but they have no data.
