# custom/plugins updatesichere Anpassungen

Hallo Zusammen,

ich möchte gerne bei einigen Plugins updatesichere Anpassungen vornehmen, die jedoch in Shopware 5.4.3 unter custom/plugins liegen, nicht unter engine/Shopware/Plugins.  
Wie muss man hier richtig vorgehen?

z.B.  
/custom/plugins/SwagPaymentPayPalUnified/Resources/views/frontend/paypal\_unified/plus/checkout/custom\_shipping\_payment/custom\_payment\_method.tpl

Ich habe die Struktur nachgebildet unter: /themes/Frontend/MEINTHEME/frontend/custom/plugins/SwagPaymentPayPalUnified/Resources/views/frontend/paypal\_unified/plus/checkout/custom\_shipping\_payment/custom\_payment\_method.tpl

Und in der Datei custom\_payment\_method.tpl am Anfang geschrieben:  
{extends file=“parent:frontend/custom/plugins/SwagPaymentPayPalUnified/Resources/views/frontend/paypal\_unified/plus/checkout/custom\_shipping\_payment/custom\_payment\_method.tpl”}

Wenn ich die Änderungen direkt im Plugin vornehmen funktioniert es, wenn ich dies durch meine Datei überschreiben lassen möchte dann nicht.

Wie muss man richtig vorgehen?

Child-Theme ableiten und dort deine Änderungen machen.

Dies funktioniert bei mir wie es scheint nicht.

Ich gehe davon aus das du diese Ableitung meinst?

{extends file=“parent:frontend/custom/plugins/SwagPaymentPayPalUnified/Resources/views/frontend/paypal\_unified/plus/checkout/custom\_shipping\_payment/custom\_payment\_method.tpl”}

Ich benutze das NORII Template, was noch weiter angepasst wurde, was selber&nbsp;als Plugin in den Shop eingebunden ist, von diesem leite ich ab, das NORII wiederum leitet vom Reponsiv ab. Kann dies vielleicht das Problem sein?
