# Custom Fields / Zusatzfelder Typ Media - Bildupload funktioniert nicht - 500error, a.convert...

Hallo,

Ich verwende die virtual Machine aus der Doku lokal für ein paar Testläufe. Leider klappt der Bildupload nicht und bin unsicher woran es liegt.

Bei mir funktionieren die Zusatzfelder im Bereich Medien nicht. Ich kann keine Bilder hochladen. Nach der Auswahl der Datei per Dateibrowser wird das Bild in der Vorschau gezeigt, aber es passiert im Anschluss nichts weiter.

Beim erneuten Laden wird angezeigt, dass das Foto angeblich hochgeladen wurde.

Generell können auch keine Produktbilder hochgeladen werden. Auch da das selbe Verhalten.&nbsp;

Chrome zeigt Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

&nbsp;

Woran kann es liegen? Die Virtual Machine müsste doch eigentlich direkt „out of the box“ funktionieren?
