# currently used shop domain isn't associated with shopware..

Wollte ein paar Plugins updaten da kam plätzlich dieser Fehler. Seltsam, denn früher hatte ich nicht das Problem. Als ich meinen Shopware Acciunt angelegt habe war das noch unter einer anderen Domain, hab dann aber bevor ich den Shop fertiggestellt habe alles auf ne neue Domain gewechselt. Der Shop wurde auch komplett neu installiert. Das war noch ne 3er Shopware Version, dann irgendwannd as Update auf V4. Alles ohne Probleme. jemand eine Idee? Kann ich eventuell die alte Domain aus dem Shopware Account werfen? Im Backend unter Grundeinstellungen \> Shopeinstellungen \> Shops steht die neue Domain mit www drin. Im Account finde ich sowohl die alte als auch die neue Domain, beide mit www. Vielen Dank vorab für einen Rat

Liegt auch da dran wie du dein Backend aufrufst. Mit www. oder ohne www. Wenn dein Shop also auf www. eingestellt ist, dann musst du dein Backend auch mit [www.meinshopwareshop.de/backend](http://www.meinshopwareshop.de/backend) aufrufen. Gruß Gazu
