# cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes

we are creating a payment app for Shopware 6 Cloud shop. While sending a payment request call to our server we received the „ **Curl time out error in shopware** “. It is possible to increase the timeout in the cloud shop (or) how to fix this error in our APP backend.
