# Cookie Consent Tool führt zu Fehler unter 5.6.1

Hallo Zusammen,

Für einen Kunden wollten wir das kostenlose Cookie Consent Plugin für Shopware \< 5.6.3 installieren.

Der Kunde verwendet Shopware 5.6.1 - das Plugin führt nach Installieren und Aktivieren des Cookie Hinweises zu einer weißen Seite im Shop.

**Fehlermeldung:**

**Jemand seitens Shopware eine Idee oder Lösung? Oder jemand anderes vielleicht?**

**Das leeren des Caches sogar per FTP des kompletten Cache Ordners hat nicht geholfen.**
