# Configuration TWINT plugin wg upload Fehler vom Zertifikat nicht möglich

Das TWINT Plug-In konnte ich erfolgreich installieren.

Unter Settings → Extensions → TWINT creditions  
klappt die Konfiguration nicht weil, ich die benötigte Zertifikatsdatei nicht hochladen kann:

The selected file „12356989-87fe-4ede-9c30-c7cbe85e4a86.p12“ has an unsupported format. Please use one of the following types: application/x-pkcs12.

Die Datei habe ich via  
openssl pkcs12 -info -in 12356989-87fe-4ede-9c30-c7cbe85e4a86.p12 -noout  
validiert

Wie kann der benötigte Upload ausgeführt weren?

Was für ein Plugin? Aus dem Store? Verlinke hier mal. Der erste Ansprechpartner sollte der Pluginanbieter sein.

Moin @thorsten.niehues ,

laut Doku soll die Datei einfach nur bei Twint herunter geladen werden und dann im Plugin hochgeladen.

**Analyse**  
perplexity.ai sagt mir das Plug-In bekommt die Daten von dem generischen File-Upload von Shopware.  
Und das JS, welches ich via Developer Tools gesehen habe sah generisch aus  
(z.B. class sw-file-input)

Hatte das via

- Firefox auf Ubuntu 24.04
- Chromium auf Ubuntu 24.04

versucht - Immer die gleiche Meldung

**Work-Around**  
via Safari on iPhone hat es dann geklappt.

Aber die für die Konfiguration unter “Settings” → “Extensions” → “TWINT credentials”  
Gibt es ein Fileupload für ein Zertifikat
