# Composer Installation – wo ist der "public"-Ordner?

Ich habe mit Hilfe der Anleitung ([Using Composer to install Shopware](https://developers.shopware.com/developers-guide/shopware-composer/)) Shopware 6 installiert, den Demo-Content heruntergeladen und die Installation beendet. Die Datenbank ist gefüllt und theoretisch könnte ich jetzt mir den Shop ansehen – nur wo? Der **Ordner „public“ mit einer index.php fehlt** komplett … auch nach einer nochmaligen Installation.

Die von Composer installierte Seitenstruktur sieht bei mir wie folgt aus:

Das sieht mir eher nach Shopware 5 aus.

Danke! Mein Fehler: ich habe SW6 erwartet, aber die Installation von SW5 genommen … :-/
