# Captcha Auswahlfeld fehlt !?

Ich habe jetzt schon einige SW6 Shops installiert und eingerichtet, aber bisher hatte ich noch den Fall, dass bei den Captcha-Einstellungen das komplette Auswahlfeld fehlt.

Hatte jemand schon mal solche Effekte? Entdeckt bei SW Version 6.6.10.5

Hängt das nicht auch wieder an dem Commercial Plugin, allein um zu prüfen ob man die Berechtigung hat Friendly Captcha zu nutzen?

Ich würde einfach mal das Commercial Plugin deaktivieren und wieder aktivieren.

Hm, in einer CE-Version ist die Auswahl auch da 🙂

Moin,

schaut mal, ob in der Datenbanktabelle „system\_config“ die Captcha-Konfiguration (core.basicInformation.activeCaptchasV2) fehlt. Das hatte ich in der Vergangenheit schon einmal bei einem Kunden.
