# Can't install extensions

New to shopware. I installed a shopware instance in my Chemical Wordpress Pro plan under „[staging.racinghobby.com](http://staging.racinghobby.com)“ to study and get familiar. When I tried to install extensions, there is alert „Licensing host unknown Please check the licensing host in the basic settings“…I’ve registered this domain „[staging.racinghobby.com](http://staging.racinghobby.com)“ in my shopware account as well as my company…Can anyone help me?

Hey!

Please check the licensing host in „settings“ \> „system“ \> „shopware account“. In there, you want to make sure to enter the following licensing host: [staging.racinghobby.com](http://staging.racinghobby.com)

After doing so, establishing the connection between administration and shopware account should work accordingly.
