# Cache Probleme

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben das Problem, dass bei aktivierten Caches irgendwann eine weiße Seite beim Checkout kommt. In den Logs wird auf ein Fehler in einer der Caching Dateien hingewiesen. Leere ich den Cache ist der Fehler weg, tritt aber unregelmässig wieder nach einiger Zeit auf. Ich könnte den Shop ohne Cache laufen lassen, aber das ist natürlich eine sehr suboptimale Lösung.

Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme bzw. eine Lösungsidee dafür?

Wir haben das gleiche Problem und momentan noch keine Lösung dafür. Der Shop läuft momentan im Bearbeitungsmodus…

Hast Du mal geprüft, ob noch ausreichend Speicherplatz vorhanden ist? Nicht, daß irgendwann der Cache nicht mehr geschrieben werden kann, weil kein freier Speicher mehr zur Verfügung steht.
