# Cache füllen

Wie bekommme ich denn alle Seiten in den Cache? Z.B. wenn der Cache geleert wurde. Danach ist der Shop richtig langsam. Beim 2. Aufruf der Seite ist dann wieder alles okay. Oder darf nichts am Shop geändert werden? Gibt es dafür eine Strategie?

Danke für die schnelle Antwort! Ich mache das aktuell mit [http://phpcrawl.cuab.de/](http://phpcrawl.cuab.de/). Ich war und bin mir allerdings nicht so sicher, ob das die richtige Strategie ist. Das Problem besteht aber auch in anderen Systemen (Joomla, Wordpress, etc.). Grüße Mathias
