# Business Essentials - Installationsfehler

Hallo,

wir wollen das Tool Business Essentials einsetzten (Version 2.1.9) unter Shopware 5.1.3.

Nach der aktivierung erscheint immer der folgende Fehler:

Hallo,

bei sowas kannst du dich auch immer beim Plugin-Support melden!

Hiermit kannst du die Spalte direkt in der Datenbank anlegen:

```
ALTER TABLE `s_core_plugins_b2b_private` ADD `redirectURL` VARCHAR(1024)

```

Hallo Moritz,&nbsp;

danke für den Tipp! Tatsächlich hat die von dir genannte Spalte gefehlt, war aber nur die eine Hälfte des Problems.  
Über den Support sind wir noch auf das Fehlen einer weiteren Spalte aufmerksam geworden und diese ergänzt. Jetzt klappt es.

```
ALTER TABLE `s_core_plugins_b2b_private` ADD `whitelistedcontrollers` VARCHAR( 255 ) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci NULL DEFAULT NULL 

```
