# Bug im Bonus System?

Hallo zusammen Hab mir soeben das Bonus-Punkte Plugin installiert. Folgendes Problem tritt auf: Wenn ich einen Wert (z.B. 1) im Feld "Umrechnungsfaktor Bonuspunkte und einen Wert (z.B. 50) im Feld “Umrechnungsfaktor” eintrage, kann ich zwar abspeichern, aber die Felder fallen danach wieder auf den Wert 0 zurück… Woran könnte dies liegen? Liegt es evtl. daran, dass mein Shop in Schweizer Franken eingestellt ist und das Plugin nur für Euro konfiguriert wurde? Siehe [Printscreen](http://www.teemondo.ch/media/image/Bonuspluginbug.jpg)

Ich hatte dies bei mir auch mal. Da fehlten in der Datenbanktabelle bestimmte Tabellenfelder. Da findest Du evtl. was im Forum zu. Ich musste dies damals manuell hinzufügen, dann ging es wieder.

Schau mal in der DB welche Felder Du in der Tabelle: s\_core\_plugins\_bonus\_settings hast.

Danke für die Antwort. Folgende Felder sind bei mir in der “s\_core\_plugins\_bonus\_settings” Siehe: [Printscreen](http://www.teemondo.ch/media/image/sqlt.jpg) Leider hilft mir das noch nicht wirklich weiter… Was hast du denn für Felder hinzugefügt? Danke fürs Recherchieren 🙂

Bei mir sehen die Felder gleich aus. Scheint bei Dir ein anderer Grund zu sein.

Kannst Du mir sagen, welchen Wert Du bei „count\_voucher\_bonus\_points“ drin hattest und was das für Auswirkungen hat? Bei mir hat diese Spalte gefehlt… Viele Grüße, Philipp
