Wir möchten unsere Kunden-Mails automatisiert von Shopware nach Brevo synchronisieren. D.h. die E-Mail-Adresse soll nach jedem Kauf in Brevo übertragen werden. Grundsätzlich funktioniert das auch, aber…
1. Der Kontakt bzw. die E-Mail-Adresse wird nur übertragen, wenn er im Backend von einem Admin Account erstellt wird. Nicht aber, wenn ich testweise eine Bestellung aufgebe.
2. Der Kontakt wird dann immer als geblocklistet in Brevo gelistet.
Kann da jemand helfen? Danke!

Wir haben das Ganze jetzt von unserem Entwickler-Team via API anbinden lassen. Eine andere Möglichkeit haben wir nicht gefunden. Brevo scheint das so ab Werk nicht anzubieten.

Wir haben das Problem, dass zwar übertragen wird, aber alle Kunden ob zum Newsletter angemeldet oder nicht in Brevo als „abonniert“ übertragen werden. Wie kann man das lösen?

ok, dann ist das Plugin bzw. die Einstellung in brevo falsch konfiguriert.
