# BillSafe Installation Fehlerhaft

Ich habe soeben das Billsafe Modul Plain 1.5.6 heruntergeladen und wollte es installieren. Der Upload im Plugin-Manager funktioniert. Wenn ich jedoch das Plugin Installieren will kommt: [quote] SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ‚BillSAFE-65‘ for key 2 [/quote] Mein Shopwaresystem ist aktuell auf 3.5.6! Billsafe war in den Versionen 3.5.4 und 3.5.5 installiert. Die jeweiligen Updates des Shopwaresystems habe ich über die Autoupdatefunktionen gemacht.

Hi, die Installation selber ist dort nicht fehlerhaft. Bei dir sind in der Datenbank noch Reste einer alten Installation. Wenn du z.B. den Navigationspunkt bzw. noch die alten Eintragungen mit der Bezeichnung “Billsafe” hast, kannst du es nicht doppelt installieren. Du müsstest also die alte Schnittstelle im ersten Schritt deinstallieren. Dann kannst du du neue auch problemlos installieren. Die Meldung sagt ja bereits, dass Billsafe vorhanden ist.
