# Bestellung Paypal Status?

Shopware 5.5.6

Ich nehme Paypal bestellungen und es gibt ein Problem mit dem Paypal Checkout Express und Telefonnummer als Pflichfeld.&nbsp;

Wenn ich Paypal Express kaufen will dann Shopware sagt dass ich muss Telefonnummer eingeben. Ich gebe die Telefonnummer ein und dann ich klicke Zahlenbutton und bekomme fehler wie folgt…

Die&nbsp;unvollendete Bestellungen mit dem Fehler haben den Status Paypal. Die abgesclossene bestellungen haben den status PaypalClassic und Paypal Express.

Weiss jemand warum dass passiert?

Vielleicht das hat mit dem Paypal Bestellnummer&nbsp;Übertragung zu tun… ich guckemal

“message”:"Duplicate invoice Id&nbsp;

Du hast doppelte Bestellnummern in PayPal.

Du must Bestellnummer übertragen deaktivieren.
