# Bei Installation 500 Server Error

Hallo Leute,

ich werde noch verrückt. Leider haben die Suchanfragen mich auch nicht wirklich weiter gebracht. Ich bekomme immer wieder die Meldung:

_The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request._

… und ich finde den Fehler einfach nicht.

Ich habe sowohl versucht die .htaccess wie in der Anleitung beschrieben zu ändern, als auch das Routing direkt in den Public-Ordner zu leiten.

Die Systemvorraussetzungen habe ich laut dem Prüflauf in Shopware 5 alle erfüllt.

Ich wollte vorweg zum Testen Shopware 6 auf einer Subdomain installieren.

Subdomain: [shopware.cava-y-vino.de](http://shopware.cava-y-vino.de)  
Verzeichnis: keins  
läuft alles über [All-Inkl.com](http://All-Inkl.com)  
&nbsp;

ServerName shopware.cava-y-vino.de  
  
DocumentRoot /public

&nbsp;  
  
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews  
  
AllowOverride All

Irgendwo muss ich einen Denkfehler haben, den ich einfach nicht finde. Wer kann helfen?
