# Basket Discount and actual pricing per item

Hello,

I’m planning on having a couple of customer groups who automatically receive a percentage discount on all of their orders.&nbsp;

I want that to be visible to them at checkout so that they are always aware they’re receiving a discount from the usual price.

At the moment I am testing the basket discount option, however the discount doesn’t show on a per item basis which gets confusing if a customer returns an item and requests a refund.

Is there a way to show the discount amount per item in order module on the backend so that when my accounts team are refunding customers they are not over-refunding and do not have to individually calculate the discount to subtract?
