Wo kann ich ermitteln, welcher Barrierefreiheitsstandard mit welcher Version verknüpft ist? Bzw. gibt es eine solche Zuordnung überhaupt?

Nein. Shopware ist meinem Wissen nach auf [WCAG 2.1 AA](https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/) ausgerichtet.
