# Backend Zugriff nach Neuinstallation 4.2.3 nicht möglich

Guten Tag, ich bin Neueinsteiger. Habe auf einem sauberen Webaccount Shopware 4 mit dem Installer installiert. Die Basisinstallation ist fehlerfrei abgeschlossen worden. Nun komme ich weder ins Backend noch ins Frontend rein. Fehlermeldeung Backend: Not Found The requested URL /backend was not found on this server. Fehlermeldung Frontend: Forbidden You don’t have permission to access / on this server. Nun bin ich erst mal ratlos wie ich weiter verfahren soll ? Kann mir jemand helfen ? Vielen Dank.
