# Backend Theme-Mangaer "0 communication failure"

Liebe shopwarer,
seit kurzem bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung wenn ich im Backend den Theme-Manager aufrufe. Im Thememanager zeigt er gar keine Themes mehr an und dann kommt die Fehlermeldung “0 Communication failure”.
In den Error-Logfiles vom Server gibt es folgende Meldung:

Und in der Systeminfo von Shopware eigt er folgendes:
Hat jemand eine Idee, wo das Problem liegen könnte? Kann dass kan der Max. Execution Time auf Serverseite liegen?
Bis vor ein paar Tagen ging eigentlich noch alles und ich habe kein Update oder ähnliches gemacht.

Lieber shopwareianer,
danke für deine Antwort.
Die _max execution time_ stand vorher schon in der Systeminfo in shopware auf 120. Habe Sie jetzt in der htcacces auf 300 gesetzt. Dieses wird auch erkannt, aber ich habe nach wie vor den gleichen Fehler wenn ich die Themes im Theme Manager laden will. Es kommt die gleiche Fehlermelung “0 Communication failure”.
Nur kommt jetzt gar keine Fehlermeldung mehr in den Laufenden Error-Logfiles des Servers.
Also ich verstehe nichts mehr.
Bin für weitere Hinweise dankbar.

evtl. hast du ein zu großes Bild - besser wäre es dann dieses fürs web optimiert hoch zu laden
oder deine max file size ist zu klein
oder ein Fehler im Theme schmeißt diese Fehlermeldung

Dank für deine Antwort. Bilder sind alle Web-optimiert. Daran kann es sicher nicht liegen.
Kann man denn irgendwo sehen ob es ein Fehler im Theme ist?
Aber dann müsste er doch wenigstens die Ansicht im Backend laden, oder?
Ich bekomm immer nur das:
Kann das Problem leider nicht lösen. Gibt es noch Ideen woran es liegen könnte?

Konnte endlich eine Lösung finden.
Einfach die Ajax Timeout im backend hoch stellen…
